The Legacy Project

Communal Giveback & Legacy Offering

The celebration ends with purpose.

Why We're Doing This

Reign Week asks a great deal of Tamale — its roads, its venues, its hospitality, and its people, who welcome hundreds of guests from across the world into their home for nine days of celebration. The Legacy Project is our way of making sure that welcome is answered with something lasting, not just gratitude in passing.

It transforms that gratitude into action — a communal giveback honoring the land and the people who made Reign Week possible, on the very last day of the celebration.

What We Hope to Support

Our restoration initiatives may support areas including restorative medical care and maternal health — reflecting our belief that the impact of this celebration should extend far beyond the wedding itself.

We haven't yet partnered with a specific hospital, clinic, or organization — that part of the Legacy Project is still taking shape. We'll share more as it becomes real, rather than promise specifics before they are.

November 15th

The Legacy Project closes out Reign Week in Tamale, the day after the Royal Wedding. It isn't a required event on the program — it's an open invitation to any guest who wants to stay one more day and take part in giving back to the community that hosted us, before heading home.

How to Take Part

Any giving connected to the Legacy Project happens in person, on the day itself — not through this website. If you'd like to be part of it, the best thing to do for now is simply plan to stay in Tamale through 15 November. Details on the day's arrangements will be shared closer to Reign Week.

The celebration should live beyond the wedding.
